If you are not satisfied with our exceptional products (except for individually manufactured configurator products), you can return them to us within 14 days. The products must be in perfect, new condition and unworn.

As a small manufacturer, returns are very costly for us. So if you have any questions about a product or are unsure about a product, please contact us in advance at order@exceptional.dog .

We ask for your understanding that you will have to cover the return costs yourself. You are welcome to send us a message if you would like us to send you a return label - we can offer more favorable conditions than private individuals.
