Shipment

Delivery is only made within Germany with DHL. Within the EU we ship with GLS or DHL. All items offered are ready for dispatch immediately, unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.

Payment is made in advance or via Paypal.

Payment in advance

If you choose to pay in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Paypal

The fast and secure way to pay online. Transfer from your PayPal account and benefit from PayPal buyer protection.

Invoice / direct debit / credit card (Paypal service)

All goods remain the property of Exceptional, Sandra Anhäuser until full payment has been made.

Shipping to Germany

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of EUR 7.00 per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly stated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. Shipping is free for orders worth EUR 100 or more.

Delivery to EU countries

Deliveries to EU countries are only possible against advance payment or Paypal.

Customers from the European Union also pay German VAT, currently 19% or 7% for books.

Note: Within the EU, all customs duties are waived.
